Our Story

In a small town just across the border of Mexico, a long-distance relationship was quietly unfolding—she arriving from New York, he bringing with him food from home for the week they finally had together.
She opened a jar of Salsa Macha she had never tried before , it became an unexpected surprise… one that was about to change everything.
Warm, crunchy, and impossible to forget, it was more than a condiment it was an experience.
Today we call it “Mago Macha” a family recipe, made with love and meant to be shared.
